Description
The PCIUSB3S4 4-Port PCI to USB 3.2 Gen 1 Card allows older PCI slots to support SuperSpeed USB 3.2 Gen 1 with transfer speeds up to 5Gbps. Using USB 3.2 Gen 1 devices through this card allows transfer speeds of up to 1.3 Gbps of available bandwidth (PCI bus limit), double that of USB 2.0.
This versatile USB 3.2 Gen 1 adapter includes an optional SATA connector that can deliver up to 900 mA to USB 3.2 Gen 1 devices, enough to satisfy even the most power-hungry devices.
Designed for older PCI systems or computers that only have PCI expansion slots remaining, this card allows them to continue functioning and accept the latest USB devices.
It is also backward compatible with USB 2.0/1.x devices. Not only does it accept future USB 3.2 Gen 1 devices, but also older ones.
